Yes. Stop signs and traffic is monitored in the community and $400 fines are issued for non-compliance per occurrence.
Emergencies should be reported to 911 first, and then a call to the front gate should occur so they can document what has occurred and contact the community manager. Gates are operable 24 hours a day.
