A little about us

The Property Owners’ Association (POA) is made of slightly less than a thousand households with about three thousand residents. We are big enough to deserve our own zip code and a post office.

We are one big happy family where neighbors care about their property value and each other.  Living here is a dream.

The POA is represented by elected board members.
